This workshop is for community managers who have not identified two specific and deeply internalized values for their community. It could also be for community managers who have struggled to identify their own personal values or feel the values they identified in the past are no longer serving them.

Your values are the bedrock from which you make decisions for your community, whether you consciously recognize it or not. Making decisions and growing your community without identified core values is like trying to circumnavigate the world without a compass. But identifying and internalizing two core values will set you up with the internal compass you need navigate to where you want to go regardless of what weather awaits you on the horizon. 

In this workshop, we will use a framework to identify your two core values. Through this process, you’ll learn how you can lead your community through a powerful exercise to distill down to two core values for your community. These two values will be the result of the collective lived experience of every individual at the event.
